I filed a complaint at Consumer Complaint Agency. Here is the result:
Dec 19, 2009 - Decision Rendered for Case #99112467 in favor of consumer. Due to the organization's unwillingness to accommodate an adequate resolution, it is our finding that the organization in question has not operated in accordance with an acceptable level of responsibility. The party/organization has been officially censured by the CCA and a negative designation has been filed in permanent CCA records. We regret that a more favorable outcome could not be reached, but be aware that your complaint will remain on record and will serve as a stern warning to others to avoid all dealings with the party in question.
