Review content:
There is a statement in the agreement saying that all the tenants have the right of quiet enjoyment of their residence. We can not sleep at nights since the month of September, because of our noisy neighbor, and we asked for the management's help for several times. However, the manager Simon Popa does not care about it. She told us there is nothing she can do. I believe that it is the management's responsibility to provide quiet and livable environment for the tenants.
