Though they do managed some decent buildings in the prime area of Pasadena but most of the units are old and in need of repair almost indefinitely. The main person 'Simone' (very dishonest) is helpful but once you're in, you're pretty much under her command. If you need repair, be sure to see some rent increase within the month or so. If your toilet needs a screw to hold in tightly, or the pipe from second floor's unit is leaking through your's; tada - your rent just went up again, just wait for the notice in the mail. The average increases are about $60-$80 every six months or so. Pasadena does NOT have ""Rent-Control"".
Pros: Apts in good area
Cons: In need of constant fixing and bills towards your rent as increases.
