Review content:
They never answer the phone in a timely manner, they take forever to return messages. I have waited well over my appointment time. I was in the office on one occasion and a person who had a later appointment time was taken first and apparently it was for medication, and I was left to sit and wait 30 minutes!!
The staff is not friendly at all. The one lady sits behind the counter with a blue tooth attached to her ear, doing who knows what. She'll even talk to you and be on the phone at the same time.
The office is very, dated, and dirty. Some of the chairs are tearing, and so filthy you almost are afraid to sit.
The magazine selection is so ancient, and minimal selection is available.
