Review content:
Initially, we had been long-term tenants of the previous owner of IStorage Mesa, whom we absolutely loved. When the new owner came on, they bad-mouthed the previous owner, which we thought was unprofessional, and not necessary. It was very off-putting.
Since then, we've continued to have issues with billing and sloppy invoices. In fact, when they first took over, we paid off our invoices and they had started the collection process. We brought everything in to show them and they said they were sorry.
The people there seem to be nice. The upgrades have been really great so far. Security seems good and the property is nice and clean. I think if they tighten up their billing and accounting practices, their company will be much, much better.
