The first time I went to iStorage of Mesa to fill my storage unit, they were really helpful. They didn't try to up-sell me or push another product on me, which was definitely nice. more

I've been storing with iStorage Mesa for about two months, and it has been a great experience! The staff is very professional and courteous, and I always have access to my unit, which I really like. I am also happy they gave me a personal code that records when I have entered and exited the unit. I will definitely continue to use iStorage Mesa. more

I haven't been with iStorage Mesa for long, but so far its been great. I'm actually in Phoenix, but they came highly recommended despite the distance by a friend who has stored with them for a long time. I didn't have to do any cleaning in the unit before moving in because it was so clean. I've dealt mostly with Ryan who is great and always ready to help. But I haven't needed much help because the experience has been so great! more

We are using iStorage Mesa to store some of our possessions as we prepare to sell our home. The people at the front desk are especially great. They are nice and personable. They helped us find a unit that was just the right size. When we moved our things in, the unit was very clean. The whole property is very well maintained, in fact. We would suggest others to consider them, for sure. more

The young fella that signed me up at iStorage Mesa and got us going and everything couldn't have been better. We've only been there less than a month and a half, but I've been in and out of that gate at least twenty times. It's a nice, clean, well maintained place with storage of various sizes at a very competitive price hosted by an extremely sharp, young man who answers questions very straight up. It's just good all the way around. The facility is about a mile and a quarter from my house, which has come in terrifically handy. We got rid of a property and you know how homes go: they get filled with stuff. Even though the people who bought our house bought a lot of the stuff in it, we still couldn't believe how much we had. So we're keeping what's left at iStorage Mesa until the heat cools down a bit and we can have a big yard sale. more

The staff has always been courteous and helpful. When alerts were needed they have been quick to notify of me if door needed attending, etc. No issues to report. more

Initially, we had been long-term tenants of the previous owner of IStorage Mesa, whom we absolutely loved. When the new owner came on, they bad-mouthed the previous owner, which we thought was unprofessional, and not necessary. It was very off-putting. Since then, we've continued to have issues with billing and sloppy invoices. In fact, when they first took over, we paid off our invoices and they had started the collection process. We brought everything in to show them and they said they were sorry. The people there seem to be nice. The upgrades have been really great so far. Security seems good and the property is nice and clean. I think if they tighten up their billing and accounting practices, their company will be much, much better. more
