Review content:
Their representative personally came to my residence and quoted me a price for one truck to move all the contents. The truck wasn't large enough to fit all the material so they stated I was responsible for the second truck and fuel. I was backed into a corner due to me closing on my residence earlier in the morning. I had a heated discussion with one of the owners expressing my anger with the vehicle not being large enough but had no choice but to have them finish the job. After the trucks were loaded the original quoted price more than DOUBLED. They would not deliver my material until payment was made. I am currently fighting the charge of the second vehicle and other charges which were added. Please choose another company, you don't need this drama when you are trying to move on with your lives. Stay away from Certified Van Lines, they are misleading and the owner is unprofessional and unreasonable. Companies like this have you backed against the wall due to them having all your belongings and will not deliver it until you pay them. We need to put companies like this out of business. USE SOMEONE ELSE AND AVOID THE DRAMA.
