Hands down the worst moving experience I have ever had. The company does not know how to fax a certificate of insurance, but will confirm to you that they did...many times. The owner Anthony is by far the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Not only is he rude, he will only return a phone call if it involves paying. After placing 2 emails to him and 4 phone messages, I am still waiting for a reply. The company kept telling me I had a small move and should easily be done with in the 4 hour minimum. Seven hours later (plus the 2 hours I was waiting for the driver to show up) the movers had successfully made the ""small move"" 10 blocks. Furthermore, apparently they did not get the memo that I was the customer and instead repeatedly told me that they were doing me a favor...Never again...
