Certified National Van Lines did everything they told me they would do. I was so scared about moving away from my family and friends here to PA, but they really did help relieve some of my concerns. This guy went over an inventory list with me and told me that his quote was based on weight but that ultimately I would be billed for the actual weight on the truck. Since he made me aware of that, I made sure to be very accurate with my inventory list. I did end up adding a few more boxes of things and I was over weight by 95 pounds. I only ended up paying $35 more than I was originally quoted, which was GREAT. I've heard (and read) so many of these nightmare moving stories that I was so scared.
Everything about my move was great. I have never moved before and they worked very hard to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend Certified National Van Lines again and again to my family and friends and to anyone reading this.
