About 2 months ago my laptop stopped working and would not boot up. I took it to a place where I had always gone for my computer needs and repairs, and also to Best Buy's geek squad. After been told that there was no way I would ever see my files again, I went online and since I had already dropped about 60 dollars with no results I tried the economical ""Rent a Geek service"" (Also he guaranteed not to charge me any money if he couldn?t help me). I must say that I did not think I would ever be able to access my documents and pictures again, but after he worked on my hard drive for a couple of days I got a couple of CDs with all of my files backed up in them. I don't know and don't really care how he did it, I just know he did. I wish I could rent this Geek every time I turn a computer on because he's very knowledgeable, and to my amazement even has good social/personal skills. I obviously recommend this service to anyone with any computer needs, and just as a tip to you all I paid less than half of what I was willing to pay. This dude even sort of looks like a geek, he?s great!
