My family and I went here for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. The whole thing was managed terribly! We had reservations but we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. And even then we had to sit outside where it was unseasonably cold and windy. The staff did not apologize for this and didn't seem to care. The service continued to be slow once we got seated. How is this possible when it's a buffet you ask? Well apparently they were short on clean plates because we had to wait for some to be washed. The buffet itself had a large variety of food, which tasted fine. However, based on the extremely poor service I would not recommend Parker's on Ponce to anyone. There are plenty of other restaraunts in Decatur with good food AND good service!
