Great lobster 9/8/2010

It was my first time at Parker's and it was very good my favorite was the lobster tail that was cooked to perfection and i love the atmosphere of Parker's.. I will be back for another great meal i want to try all of there dishes. more

Bruch Bust 5/9/2010

My family and I went here for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. The whole thing was managed terribly! We had reservations but we still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. And even then we had to sit outside where it was unseasonably cold and windy. The staff did not apologize for this and didn't seem to care. The service continued to be slow once we got seated. How is this possible when it's a buffet you ask? Well apparently they were short on clean plates because we had to wait for some to be washed. The buffet itself had a large variety of food, which tasted fine. However, based on the extremely poor service I would not recommend Parker's on Ponce to anyone. There are plenty of other restaraunts in Decatur with good food AND good service! more

Excellent 3/28/2010

If you like a nice wine and dine atmosphere downtown Decatur, Parker's is certainly the place. Decided I would try it out one day because I was on the train and didn't have anything else to do, and it was and is excellent. Try the collards. They are spiced and scruptious. Great Food 3/10/2010

Parker's has the best steaks around. They are always moist, juicy, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steaks require no steak sauce. The tuna is very good also. Whenever I hear of some one looking for good steaks, I always suggest Parker's. Pros: Best Steaks in town!!! more

Great Steaks in Decatur 3/6/2010

2nd visit to Parker's on Ponce. Delightful experience. Natallie the server suggest the special: Rib Eye steak, topped with onion rings, Scalloped Potatoes, and asparagrus. A real winner. Pros: Service and food more

Parker's has a long wine list, terrific food, and OK service. We have been five or six times since they opened and the steaks are always delicious. The service is usually good to start, but slows to a crawl after the apps...you can set your watch by it. Good bar scene to grab a drink before or after dinner. Would highly recommend trying Parker's if you haven't already. Pros: Food is always good Cons: Service can be slow more

A Pleasure Every Time... 10/21/2009

Everytime I get the chance to goto Parker's on Ponce I ALWAYS have a great time! I always feel welcomed the moment I walk into the door. Everything from their fried Calamari to the Shrimp & Scallops Linguini is exquisite! And as for the deserts...WOW! My boyfriend & I ate the pecan pie sundae... It was amazing! Everytime I come to the Decatur area I look forward to coming here! And when I know someones coming into town I make sure to tell them where Parkers is at. Pros: Everything more
