Diorge was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our problem remotely with no inconvenience to me. The problem turned out to be more complex than we had originally thought. He wasn't satisfied with partially correcting the problem and he ended up finding the solution. He was nice enough to give us a flat rate so it ended up being very cheap. He fixed all the screw-ups of the last computer guy that came to our house. I'll never go back to that old way. I'll definitely use pioneer techs again if we're ever in need.
