This was my very first time EVER to call a computer service company that would come to your house. I read all of the reviews on there site and I have to admitt I was a little sceptible ,but decided to give them a call. I told the service man over the phone the problems that I was encountering and he worked me in that very day, He found MAJOR virus damage on my desktop and he (DeOrge) cleaned everything up, backed everything up and installed a ""new"" anti virus protection since mine had expired like 2 yrs ago. I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had with this company. I've never seen anyone work as professional, courteous, so knowledgable, and completely honest with you without trying to sell you something you didn't need. The prices were just as unbelieveable as the sevice I received. I will definitely be using them again, and HIGHLY recommend this service to ANYONE! I had no idea who to call for this type of service....I thought about the Geek squad at best buy, but I'm sooo glad I didn't. I didn't even have to go out of the house!
