I took my wedding dress in for alterations today. I had read some bad reviews about the customer service here, but the reviews all stated that the work was good so I figured what the heck. Sue was friendly and patient. She is a honest and upfront person. The only reason I imagine someone writing a bad review is if they wanted someone to lie to them! Sue explained everything that she would be doing, and made sure I was in agreement. She worked fast and obviously knew what she was doing. I learned during our conversation that she has been in this business since 1978. I feel completely confident leaving my wedding dress with someone who has over 30 years experience.
