Ok, so I go to Kristy?s Trends with a specific dress in mind. I told the customer service rep what I wanted. She ushered me away from the rack I wanted to look at, and went to ?find me a dress.? She brought the exact opposite of what I wanted in color, length, and fabric. I was like?. ?Did you even listen to me, or are you pushing crap you just can?t sell?? She was VERY, VERY pushy, and I really just wanted to browse and be left alone.
