Sat down at a table that wasn't completely set, glasses were dirty, old utensils on the floor at my wifes feet. Ordered tea and got a pot of tea with no cup. After asking 3 times for a cup, it finally came but the tea was cold. We tried ordered some soda to go with our meal instead. It didn't arrive until AFTER we had finished our meal. Not once was our water glass refilled.
Menu called for baby carrots in a salad. Got a salad with whole carrots (not a big deal) but cut in large chunks, partially peeled and with the but ends still there. UGH. The sandwich looked like it was sitting under heat lamps for an extended period.
Our neighbors had similar difficulty with their waiter. The manager being accosted at the front door by another patron tells me this is a pervasive problem.
Pros: Location
Cons: Expensive, Bad Service, Sub Par food.
