From previous reviews here and elsewhere, I knew I should make an appointment at Bella Rosa in advance (but who really thinks you can walk into a busy bridal salon and try on gowns at a moments notice? And who slams them online when they can't get their way?) Anyway, they were very nice on the phone, answering a lot of my questions in advance and sending me an e-mail with even more information that was helpful. Enjoyed a very relaxed hour-long appointment late on a Saturday and was impressed with the employee's knowledge of the dresses and what would work best for me. Altogether a much better experience than I had elsewhere--and not even comparable to the stores I visited where they take ""walk-ins."" Those stores are absolute zoos--not the kind of experience I wanted. Bella Rosa is the real deal for discerning brides--other brides may just not get it.
Pros: great service, huge selection
Cons: hard to get appointments on short notice
