Just had my appointment at Bella Rosa this past week. I met with salesperson (Danielle) who was great. I made an appointment on a Tuesday and was able to get in on Thursday of the same week. I was coming from work and got there about 15 min. early, but Danielle was able to take me early. We talked a little about what I was looking for and my budget. It was a much more laidback, pleasant experience than other places I have been. Danielle was great and worked within my budget, asking questions and really seemed concerned about meeting my needs. She did give me a head's up about alterations costs to take into account, which can run pretty high, but it was good to know ahead of time before picking out my dress. She also told me that some of the dresses can take up to 4 months to come in, so that was helpful to know ahead of time as well. I narrowed things down to 2 dresses and got ready for her sales pitch at the end of the session as I experienced elsewhere, but she was very laidback and told me to take my time, it was awesome. I was very pleased with this store and will definitely be buying my dress from here.
