I am in the radiology field as a technician. I needed to have an MRI of my shoulder. I am claustrophobic and told the lady on the phone. Not ONCE did the technicians speak to me over the intercom to reassure me. They never gave me their names. They slapped a 10 pound weight on my arm to hold it down, never asked if I was ok. I left a ring on and my hand was getting sucked into the machine. They never gave me the emergency call button. I was banging and screaming for them to stop. They didn't. I walked out crying and no one said a word to me. Just unreal. I would NEVER... never recommend this place.
