I LOVE MY HAIR! That is the first time in my life I have ever been able to say that. I have lived in Orlando for 4 years and have been to every salon imaginable and have had many average haircuts and just plain bad haircuts. After reading the reviews on this board I decided to give Robert Severo Salon a try. I have naturally curly hair and it is very difficult to cut but thanks to Andrea my hair finally looks beautiful. Andrea really listens and doesn't just rush to get you out. She has so much patience and really takes her time cutting hair. From the minute I walked in the door everyone there made me feel at home. The receptionist was so nice and she was so understanding and comforting knowing how nervous I was. This is the best feeling in the world.... I don't have to worry about where I am going to get my next hair cut anymore and I don't have to wear it up anymore to hide a bad haircut!!
Pros: Price, atmosphere, hours of operation, level of skill, friendly
