I was referred to Robert Severo's by a friend of mine whose hair looks absolutely the cutest I've ever seen. After calling and talking to a gentleman, who by the way was very knowledgeable and answered all of my what seemed to be a 100 questions about the service. The best was the treatment that they use has no formaldehyde. So I booked my service. I walked into a greatly-lit space, and was readily welcomed by a very friendly staff at the front desk. I was immediately greeted by Sonja, who was so intune with my needs for a new look that I completely set all my usual hair manipulating fears aside. Well let me tell you.... Sonja is nothing short of amazing. She gave me the perfect treatment and cut to suit my everyday needs. I walked out of the salon, with gorgeous stright hair and my cut was one of the best and is completely manageable even in the days after visiting the salon. I cannot say just how pleased with the service and outcome I am. I will, without a doubt, be recommending Sonja and Robert Severo's to my friends. It is definitely one of the best salon experiences I've ever had.
