For the past two years I've been hunting for a stylist who really understands how to cut curly hair. I seem to jump from one stylist to another like a girl on revolving blind dates hoping to find the ""one"". I found Robert Severo Signature Salon on Citysearch and crossed my fingers that the rave reviews were in fact true. The receptionist was cheery and found an appointment that would accommodate my busy schedule. Upon arriving to the salon, I began to have doubts since the shopping center wasn't all that appealing. Don't judge this salon by its exterior. This is not a snooty Park Ave salon, but that's part of the reason I like it. I paid $55 for a fantastic shampoo, cut and style. To me a great haircut is worth every penny! William spent time talking to me before and explained how curly hair should be cut. I didn't feel rushed and he spent the time to get the cut just right. This salon is certainly a diamond in the rough and I will be taking the 40min drive to visit William again.
