I had an EXCELLENT experience at Robert Severo's. I called and had an appointment within an hour with Sonya thanks to a really sweet receptionist. As someone who completely lacks any sort of creativity when it comes to her hair, I needed help! Within 15 minutes, Sonya had not only analyzed every word I said, but had also drawn a sketch of the cut she thought would suit me best. I cannot stress enough how much I love what she did with my hair. I've been receiving complements everywhere I go. I'm hooked, this is my new place!
