I just moved to Orlando two months ago and was searching for a salon. I read the reviews about Robert Severo Salon and was scheduled with Andrea this past Saturday. I went with a short bob between Victoria Beckhem and Jenny McCarthy's bob. I was blonde and wanted to go back to my natural brunette color. Andrea did a great job! The color is a little darker than I wanted but I know it will lighten. I got what I wanted brunette, right! I absolutly love my cut! Andrea was very patient in going over what I wanted and telling me prices up front so there was no shock factor at the register. She took her time and made sure that I was happy with the result instead of rushing me out with the sorry you don't like it , live with it attitude. I will be back!
