First of all let me say that I found Severo's through City Search, and even after reading all the rave reviews, I was still in awe when I walked out the door six and a half hours later. And lucky for me, Andrea works Mondays. I brought in a picture of the coloring that I wanted, and without any hesitation she went in the back room and went to work. She didn't bat an eye when she realized how long my hair was and, words can't explain the detail and care she put into every strand and every layer throughout the five hours it took. And let me say, that during this time she was more concerned about how I was holding up, and my comfort even though she was due to go home four hours earlier. And if the care she took with my color wasn't impressive enough, she still had the cut to do. I expected, like any reasonable person would, that she would more than likely rush through with less then profesional enthusiasm. Yet again Andrea surpassed my expectations. Not only is my hair long, it's curly too. She took the time to straighten my hair, first with a hair dryer, then a flat iron, prior to cutting it, which was the first time I had ever seen such percision. I have to say, without a doubt, that this was the best hair care experience I have EVER had, and have a great sense of relief that I have found someone that still takes pride in her work. She takes her cues from the individual person, for instance, I don't like to talk the entire time I'm getting my hair done, and hate feeling like I have to talk....Andrea made me feel comfortable just sitting there relaxing. The whole experience was wonderful, and would HIGHLY recommend Andrea to anyone, especially someone with curly hair.
