I have been with Beaufort Academy of Dance for the past 6 years. My daughter is getting ready to graduate this year. She has learned so much from her dance teachers. They are highly qualified and wonderful ladies. My daughter has won dance scholorships and is VERY competitive in the college dance world. Did you know they have a young man age 13, that danced all over the United States with Top choreographers? He had NO prior dance experience and learned all of his technique in only 3-4 YEARS? That is amazing. I agree at times things can feel a little disorganized but the newsletters, the office staff and the mailings home are helpful. Parents have to be responsible to get the information that is provided to us. Its on the reminder board every week and on the walls near the office. Lets not forget that the Director and Assistant Director run 3 dance schools. One in Beaufort, one in Bluffton and I think one in Ridgeland. We all know they have multiple recitals (I think they had 5 different shows this year with over 300 students). My daughter will be going to college this fall. She was excepted to multiple dance programs due to her training here at Beaufort Academy of Dance. I would HIGHLY recommend this dance studio. PS.... They moved to a new location. There is LOTS of parking and lights!! It is closer to Parris Island and more convenient. They are resonable in cost and worth every penny.
