Growing up in this studio has been life changing, I myself have learned so much from Miss Alli, She has turned me into such a talented dancer. I have won numerous amounts of scholarships and have been titled ""Dancer of the Year"" for a national Competition. I can honestly say it came with hard work and a caring Teacher who pushed me to do my best. Home away from home. more

I have been with Beaufort Academy of Dance for the past 6 years. My daughter is getting ready to graduate this year. She has learned so much from her dance teachers. They are highly qualified and wonderful ladies. My daughter has won dance scholorships and is VERY competitive in the college dance world. Did you know they have a young man age 13, that danced all over the United States with Top choreographers? He had NO prior dance experience and learned all of his technique in only 3-4 YEARS? That is amazing. I agree at times things can feel a little disorganized but the newsletters, the office staff and the mailings home are helpful. Parents have to be responsible to get the information that is provided to us. Its on the reminder board every week and on the walls near the office. Lets not forget that the Director and Assistant Director run 3 dance schools. One in Beaufort, one in Bluffton and I think one in Ridgeland. We all know they have multiple recitals (I think they had 5 different shows this year with over 300 students). My daughter will be going to college this fall. She was excepted to multiple dance programs due to her training here at Beaufort Academy of Dance. I would HIGHLY recommend this dance studio. PS.... They moved to a new location. There is LOTS of parking and lights!! It is closer to Parris Island and more convenient. They are resonable in cost and worth every penny. I remember it being reeeaalllyyy unorganized. I went there when I was about 8, So it would be a good studio if your just starting out. But I don't recommend staying there for long period of time. Cons: Long recital, unorganized, and not professional. more

My daughter has been dancing for 4 yrs at BAD. She has learned a great deal from her very experienced teachers. The teachers not only love to teach they love to dance and it shows in their work everyday. I would recommend BAD to anyone!! Pros: experienced teachers Cons: parking..but they are working on it more

This is a great place to have your children take dance! The staff is warm and welcoming. They offer all levels of dancing. My children love it there! They come home raving about how much fun they had in class and how much they learn. My children's teachers are nurturing and experienced. This is a place I would truly reccomend to anyone! Not Professional, Not for the best interest of the child , really not for boys. No viewing windows to see your children, you are only allowed to observe twice a year. My son was there for 6 months and learned nothing , he went to another studio 1 hour away and learned more in there 2 months and had way more fun and I did also being able to watch, I gave them money for costume deposits that is to be returned since we left 5 months before recital and its been 3 months and the owner keeps saying she mailed it over and over again . Please this is the worst dance studio in the south . Do not even consider it . Cons: Bad parking ,unexperienced uninterested teachers, dirty, really awful studio layout more
