Review content:
My mother was the patient that was killed in the accident back in Oct of 2009. From what I understood from the police reports was that there was boxes in the road, and the driver swerved to miss them hitting the wall. I am trying to move on with things, and I have forgiven Ms Shock, at least as much as I can at the moment. There was nothing ever mentioned about her texting while driving, and if she was, there is nothing that can be done about it now. Everyone needs to move on from that tragic accident and learn from it.
