Review content:
I have lived in a community managed by West Point for 2 years, now. In the time that I've lived here, I've called the ""president"" of West Point, Amos Orner, on numerous occasions in regards to simple issues regarding my condo (where to obtain extra keys, where to find a contractor to replace exterior doors etc...) and he has never responded with a helpful answer. He typically refers me to another source or simply says that it's just not his responsibility. I'm beginning to wonder what, exactly, is responsibility of a corporation that calls itself a community management ""corporation."" It definitely is not managing MY community! I have no idea where my dues go each month and I wonder how long my porch will have to gradually decompose off the side of the building before someone will see it has a hazard. What a joke. If you're reading this message and you live in a property that's managed by this clueless racket, please speak up. I can't take this any longer!
