Not only did they not notify me about the pool passes but now they want ME to come to THEIR office and get it. Who's paying who??? Completely useless. Don't use them. more

These people installed a completely and totally unnecessary card system on the gate to the pool and no one informed us and they were not available when I found out and we still don't have a card and haven't been able to use a pool we have had access to for years. I'm not paying exhorbident rent for this. more

I have lived in a community managed by West Point for 2 years, now. In the time that I've lived here, I've called the ""president"" of West Point, Amos Orner, on numerous occasions in regards to simple issues regarding my condo (where to obtain extra keys, where to find a contractor to replace exterior doors etc...) and he has never responded with a helpful answer. He typically refers me to another source or simply says that it's just not his responsibility. I'm beginning to wonder what, exactly, is responsibility of a corporation that calls itself a community management ""corporation."" It definitely is not managing MY community! I have no idea where my dues go each month and I wonder how long my porch will have to gradually decompose off the side of the building before someone will see it has a hazard. What a joke. If you're reading this message and you live in a property that's managed by this clueless racket, please speak up. I can't take this any longer! more
