Review content:
Can't understand how they stay in business with how they treat their customers! Purchased a very expensive shrub and was told by staff member it would grow here, and came with 1 yr guarantee. Followed all directions for planting that came with it and it ended up dying. Took receipt back and told them what happened and was treated rudely by two separate managers, saying there's nothing they could do about. One said it shouldn't have been planted here. When I asked why they originally said it would grow here and came with planting instructions, they became even ruder and said it's not their problem! Would not replace, refund or even offer a discount. Don't shop here unless you like being treated poorly, like the Soup-Nazi on Seinfield!!
