I went in for service a week ago and i have to say that i am very pleased with every aspect of this company. The service i got from the front counter was excellent along with the owner of the company greeting me upon arrival by name. They had a technician thoroughly look over my car for a few maintenance items that i requested be done as well as for their detailed inspection. He also found a few safety issues that needed attention as well with my car that i wasn't aware of. They gave me prices and told me what work would be done with my approval and even asked if they could keep my car overnight. I said that was okay and they offered to give me a ride to my house free of charge and even offered to pick me up the next day when they were finished. (Rare quality to find in a company) When they picked me up the following day I had a pleasant ride with the shuttle driver and i was greeted yet again with a smile from the staff and a clean and organized waiting room. I have to say you guys are the best in the business and my car runs better than ever. Murphy's Auto Care goes above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed right and that you as a customer are 100% satisfied. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere but Murphy's. Thank you again so much!!
