Review content:
The owner is knowledgeable and provides quick service, so she deserves two stars instead of one. Her manner is the problem. She is at best curt, usually sarcastic and rude, and once in a while downright mean. The prices are higher than the going rate, but it's conveniently located. I'm a very friendly person and almost everyone in my world treats me well, but not this lady. I'm mystified by the raters who have good experiences with her, and I suspect she takes a dislike to some people based on how they look or something. She certainly doesn't know me. I've been in there mabe six times and she's been awful each time. Oh, and by the way, the one time I witnessed her chatting with a customer (probably ponderingpig or mystical23, or someone else she decided to like), she was gossiping about another person. I'm not going back there; I drive several extra miles for my shipping needs rather than expose myself to her negativity.
