I found Dr. Carter from a referral from my medical insuror and I mostly chose him because his office is within walking distance of my office. What a lovely surprise to find him to be a very warm, friendly and down-to-earth doctor, with a patient, efficient staff. Several of the patients I encountered in the waiting room mentioned their loyalty to Dr. Carter and I even met a mother/daughter pair who were two generations of satisfied patients. Nice offices overlooking the Sunset strip. I'd recommend him even if you *aren't* within walking distance of his office.
Pros: Down to earth, friendly and knowledgable
Cons: none, really.
