Review content:
Masa's is as close you are going to get to real japanese sushi. The owner, Masa is a great guy as is his apprentice, its a blast talking with them. As for the sushi, the fish is extremely fresh and presented very well. The kitchen menu is also very good. Some dishes to recommend are the Maguro Ponzu, Uzaku, and pretty much any nigiri sushi. From the kitchen, everyone should try their tempura, chicken tatsuta, and steamed clams with enoki. They have a nice selection of japanese beers, with one brand i've never heard of, called Echigo Beer. Their sake selection is very large too. To get the good stuff, ask either of the chefs for premium sake, which is located right behind the chefs.
Pros: Food, very friendly employees
Cons: Fridays are super crowded, parking
