I come here quite frequently and the food has been consistent and delicious. I love the green drink....so delicious and very good for you (added bonus!) Now I can't speak for most of the items on the menu but I will speak for what I have had and usually stick to. The chicken ginger soup is very tasty and lite. I usually stay on the breakfast menu but ventured off to the lunch the last time. Got the avocado hummus wrap and was very pleased. It doesn't need as much cucumbers but that is so minor, you can pick them out if there is too much. The food I've had is a solid 5 stars by far So why the 4 stars? The staff. Mostly not the servers as they are pleasant but not very much. It comes down to the hostess. What is wrong with them with their rolling eyes and their attitudes?! One example..... A friend and I came here just a bit after 3pm, just at the end of the lunch rush so we got a 4 top and the crowd was dying down. We ordered smoothies, wraps and one dessert. The dining experience lasted just over an hour, maybe an hour and a half. We were catching up over life and some work stuff and it was closing in on 6pm (started to notice more people come in and the noise level rising). Now mind you, there were PLENTY of other open tables both inside and out but since I was sitting facing the host stand I notice things. Like the hostess pointing to our table (so subtle - not) and rolling her eyes. One thing people should remember that other people have worked in the service industry before, I know the tricks. Sending one of the other coworkers by to walk by and stare at the table then bee line back to the hostess where they try to cover their mouths and roll their eyes (all while looking directly at the table). WTH. If I didn't like coming here so much I would have walked up there and asked them if there was a problem. But why waste my time and energy on stupid people. Needless to say, we paid out $50+ tab and left. And no, we didn't take it out on the server as we gave her a $12 (though she disappeared over an hour before).
