Review content:
It has been my experience that there are many wonderful places in Austin that serve good food , much like this restaurant. What sets the excellent restaurants apart from the norm is the manner in which they treat there customer. Tonight we had possibly our worst experience ever in Austin. The manager was extremely rude and confrontational. Promotional offerings by the restaurant were not honored. Management failed to honor commitments made by the staff as well as there promotional coupon. I would suggest that prior to using any promotional material (if you must go there) you request a manager on duty to commit to the promotion and not the waiter. Apparently what the waiter tells you doesn't matter.... Better yet don't go there at all and spend your money in a quality restaurant that has quality service.
Cons: Horrible management
