I highly recommend Murphy Investments...I rented a studio with Murphy Investments, after seven months i inquired into transfering to a one bedroom apt, which they accomodated even though i was still within my lease period. I lived in the one bedroom for nine months then got a job offer in the South Bay again they accomodated me...since I was still within my lease on the second place I held open houses and a new tenant was found. When the new people signed their lease Murphy Investments released me from my lease and returned my security deposit less a minimal admin fee. I felt i received good customer service and was accomodated in a fair manner.
Pros: Nice apartments
