I had a really positive experience with Murphy's Investments. They were very nice and responsive from the beginning of my interactions with them. Every time I needed something fixed in my apartment, it was taken care of within a day or two. The three employees I dealt with specifically were Jaki and Bianca (in the office) and Nacho (the building handyman). All three of these folks were terrific. My apartment was lovely (I don't know about anyone elses) - dark, shiny floor, pretty detailing, good water pressure and heat. I felt like I was living at the Palace Hotel except that I never had to check out. I had a parking space under the building for a reasonable fee, which, in the Mission, was a fantastic convenience. Before I moved out, Murphy's pre-inspected my apartment and let me know of the repairs I needed to make in order to get my deposit back. They even sent me photos, which was helpful. I received my entire deposit back with no issues. I recommend renting from Murphy's and would rent again from them. A tip - after leaving a message with the office regarding a request, follow up with them later that day. They manage more than one building and are very busy. I have found that this is the best way to connect with them and get what you need. I have rented from other agencies in the city, including Gaetani (ugh, terrible experience!), and Muphy's has been the best yet.
