Ok, I have eaten BBQ all over creation and these guys try real hard however, is hard to say they are the best. First of all the Best slab of Ribs without question is at Houston's restaurants, and there is one in Cherry Creek area on 2nd and Josephine. Anyone who loves ribs should pilgrimage to Houston's albeit that it is expensive, it is an experience beyond belief. I have 17 years experience with Houston's. Incredible.
The best BBQ in Boulder is hands down KT's. However it is a horrific dining experience and best for take out. KT's has the rib house beat on dry rub ribs (better taste and juicer), beans (the best with big chunks of pork and awesome zip), and sauce. i have 12 years experience with KT's.
Rib house's beans are like Van Dekamps and their sauce couldn't beat Bullseye. Sorry. Most of the places in Longmont are a yawn as well.
Bottom line go to Houston's!! If not take out some ribs from Kt's and get busy!
