Review content:
The work started well with a father/son duo performing simple carpentry. I paid them, even added a small tip, then asked them to bid on another project inside the house. The father appeared anxious to work, gave me an estimate on the work and I agreed to his price. The job turned into a sloppy, hit-or-miss rush job that ended that first day because he needed to attend his son's soccer game. I paid the father, in full, that day because he promised to return the next day and complete the job(sanding, painting, molding replacement, and cleanup. He never returned.
Also, early on, Andy's francise owner had agreed to complete a window project at my house. I called several times about the project and heard only promises and more promises from his wife. He never returned my calls.
In my opinion, this is not a reliable or professional business. Apparently, they have no interest in customer service or word-of-mouth advertising. I have certainly updated my neighbors regarding my experience.
