As a real estate agent, I use Randy with Andy OnCall personally for residential repairs, plumbing, and handyman work, and I also refer him to my clients.
Randy does a great job. He is so good about coming out to do the estimate and showing up on time, when he says he will be there. He is very accommodating in terms of working with my schedule. His office staff also is great.
I feel comfortable having Randy and whomever he is working with in my house even when I am not there. He is very conscientious and, if you are not entirely happy with something, he will take care of it and make sure that you are satisfied.
