I WAS THERE THIS VERY DAY, THE GROOMER WAS LOOKING OUT FOR THE SAFETY OF THIS OWNERS DOG BY MAKING SURE SHE HAD A SAFE PLACE TO PARK, ALSO THE GROOMER EXPLAINED THE DOG WAS VERY MATTED, HAD A SEVERE CASE OF DERMATITIS AND WAS LONG OVERDUE AND NEGLECTED FOR GROOMING. AS FAR AS THE COMMENT ON HER PERSONALITY, THE GROOMER WAS VERY CALM AND SOFT SPOKEN AND I FEEL THAT THE OWNER WAS EMBARRASSED BY THE CONDITION OF HER DOG AND VENTED BACK TO THE GROOMER. I PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN A PATRON FOR YEARS AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN, SIGNED, SATISFIED IN LAGRANGE
