I WAS THERE THIS VERY DAY, THE GROOMER WAS LOOKING OUT FOR THE SAFETY OF THIS OWNERS DOG BY MAKING SURE SHE HAD A SAFE PLACE TO PARK, ALSO THE GROOMER EXPLAINED THE DOG WAS VERY MATTED, HAD A SEVERE CASE OF DERMATITIS AND WAS LONG OVERDUE AND NEGLECTED FOR GROOMING. AS FAR AS THE COMMENT ON HER PERSONALITY, THE GROOMER WAS VERY CALM AND SOFT SPOKEN AND I FEEL THAT THE OWNER WAS EMBARRASSED BY THE CONDITION OF HER DOG AND VENTED BACK TO THE GROOMER. How do you rip a dog's skin while brushing it? I'm not sure. How do you claim that the wound was there before when that wound is actively bleeding? Still not sure. Yet, this woman managed to do both of these things. Aside from that, I don't know where to begin. The owner/groomer is utterly tactless and slightly unhinged. When I explained my tardiness on having to find parking, she left the building and went next door (vet's office) to lecture them on letting their customers use HER parking. Her parking is street parking, meaning anyone can park there. I hate to be mean to anyone, but I simply can't advocate bringing a pet to this woman. more
