Skin and Body works is just the best spa in terms of customer service. Priscilla Santos, the spa asthetician and manager is polite, compassionate and highly skilled and knowledgable in skin care. She nurtures you from the moment you enter the spa with her kind manners and gentle voice. It has a calming effect immediately as a spa is a refuge from our hectic external lives.
Pros: Skilled service, no pressure to buy products sold.
Cons: The atmosphere could use some improvements....
