Review content:
I have lived here for over 17 years. This is a true community and the people are wonderful, I love it. The area has beautiful natural vegetation. The Highlands Association provides for landscaping, the club house and pool, tennis courts and nature trails. I hate it when people make negative statements because they never read their documents nor follow the rules. It is very simple, keep your home up to the standard of the whole association population, prior to doing any major renovation to your home .....Call the management company. But remember their authority only extends to the contents of the documents. The police or City of Winter Springs should handle the rest...noise, trash, illegal activities, water and sewage etc. If you would come to the meetings you would quickly understand the scope of action for a homeowner association. So quit blaming everyone else for your STUPIDITY!
