Review content:
The food is generally really good at the Macaroni grill. There's usually a long wait, so if you want to make reservations they require that you call in 1 hour ahead, otherwise you have to put your name in and wait. The last time I went, our server was horrible. Although he was timely and polite, it was as though no one ever trained him. We didn't get any small plates for our bread or appetizers so we had to eat it over the paper tablecloth. Every piece of silverware that he brought out to us was dirty, as though he was grabbing them from the dirty pile. My dad asked for a non-alcoholic beer, and instead our server brought him a low-carb beer. Our server wasn't a good listener and was really forgetful.
