I also had a bad experience with Hillard Plumbing. The person they sent to my home was rude and unprofessional. He was a young kid who had more tatoos and body piercings than I have ever seen. He did not wipe his feet and completely ignored me when I asked him to take off his boots. They were here to fix my kitchen faucet and they charged me an arm and a leg and when they left, the faucet had more leaks than when they first arrived. It took three attempts to repair the faucet before they were successful. The worst part was I lost more money from lost time at work than their bill amounted to. When the overall cost was tallied it was ridiculous. I am completely dissatisfied and will never call them again. My uncle was a plumber for over 40 years before he died, so I know a plumber when I meet one, and the kid they sent here was NO PLUMBER.
