Hillard Plumbing and Heating is amazing! They work hard and fast. They will come in a deal with problems, like sewage backup, quickly. Their work is top rate and they are very friendly and will work with you. We have been fixing up an old house and I don't know how we would be able to do it without them. more

I had been dealing with my bathroom sink which, clogged after each time I brushed my teeth. Since I have never gotten any professional work done, I was very nervous about contacting a plumber for the first time. It was a simple repair, as they didn't take too long to fix it,and the water runs good now. I am very happy I was able to get a good service. more

great solution 6/1/2011

Hillard's Plumbing did a great job solving a break in an external water line. They rerouted through original capped off pipes. An excellent solution, considering a previous plumber charged me hundreds to keep fixing the same pipes that kept breaking with the frost this winter. I will always call Hillard's Plumbing with any future plumbing needs. more

These guys were fast, clean, friendly, and informative. At every point I felt like I was aware of what was being done and this was very easing to me. more

Diddos to Hillard's bad service rep 2/2/2009

I also had a bad experience with Hillard Plumbing. The person they sent to my home was rude and unprofessional. He was a young kid who had more tatoos and body piercings than I have ever seen. He did not wipe his feet and completely ignored me when I asked him to take off his boots. They were here to fix my kitchen faucet and they charged me an arm and a leg and when they left, the faucet had more leaks than when they first arrived. It took three attempts to repair the faucet before they were successful. The worst part was I lost more money from lost time at work than their bill amounted to. When the overall cost was tallied it was ridiculous. I am completely dissatisfied and will never call them again. My uncle was a plumber for over 40 years before he died, so I know a plumber when I meet one, and the kid they sent here was NO PLUMBER. Cons: rude, unprofessional, poor quality more

Hillard provides a poor service 5/11/2006

I am completely frustrated with Hillard Plumbing. I can' t believe that for a simple thing such as fixing the knob of my shower and adjusting the water level in the toilet I paid $130. After the plumber left I discovered that the shower that he had fixed was spraying water everywhere and the chain of my toilet was getting stuck such that the water would not stop running. The plumber was supposed to come in and fix the problem the next day. Apparently hee knocked on my door instead of ringing the bell or calling me and I did not hear it. They gave me the next appointment one week after and the plumber never showed up. The next day he was so late that no one was in the house to attend to him. From my experience I do not recommend Hillard plumbing to y' all. Cons: expensive, poor quality, rude more
